How to delete your Rescue Alert account

This page explains how a user can request deletion of a Rescue Alert account or ask for specific personal data to be deleted without deleting the account, and what information may be retained for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

Request account or data deletion

  1. Email info@rescueforce.org from the email address associated with your Rescue Alert account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete My Rescue Alert Account.
  3. Include your Rescue Alert username, phone number, and any other details that help us identify the account.
  4. If you only want specific personal data deleted, describe the data you want removed and whether you want your account to remain active.
  5. If you no longer have access to your account email address, contact us and we will provide an alternate verification method before deletion.
